What is Bolly Cardio?
Bolly Cardio is a high-energy, Zumba-like dance fitness class in Atlanta where you'll burn calories and learn fun moves to the best music from Bollywood movies. Each class is designed to feel more like a dance party than exercise. Our goal is for you to leave feeling energized and happy. It's the most fun you'll ever have working out!
What is a typical class like?
Our classes are a fun-filled, high-energy hour featuring 10-12 Bollywood songs. We start with a quick warm-up, then dive into the main set. For each song, Arushi will guide you through a few easy-to-follow, repetitive moves designed to get your heart rate up while you jam out to the music. It's all about having fun and getting a great sweat session—no complex choreography to memorize!
Do I need any dance experience?
No dance experience is required! Steps are repetitive, and the goal of class is just to have fun, keep your heart rate up, and jam out to your favorite Bollywood songs.
What are some examples of songs we do in class?
Our playlist is always changing to keep things fresh, but we love a mix of the latest hits and all-time classics! In any given class, you might hear tracks like Badri Ki Dulhania, Uyi Amma, Chammak Chalo, Ghungroo, Dus Bahane, Salaam Namaste, Dil Dooba, Soni De Nakhre, and many more!
What should I wear to class?
I recommend that you wear light, breathable clothes for class. We get pretty sweaty and the studio gets warm pretty fast! Also wear comfortable sneakers, and bring a hair tie if you need it.
Where is the best place to park?
There is plenty of parking available in the studio parking lot!
Can I pay at the door or do I need to book online?
You can always book from your phone online, as long as there are spots available. If there is availability, you can also pay at the door. Be sure to check that the class has spots left before coming!
